Jim McDonald, co-founder and president, business development and operations

Jim manages business development, operations, and client services for Doxcelerate. With more than 25 years of experience working in heavily regulated industries and with key Federal regulatory agencies, he has expertise in systems analysis, business process re-engineering, and operations management. While at Los Alamos National Laboratory, he managed software development and analysis projects in intelligence, nuclear non-proliferation, nuclear weapons information, and digital archives. Over the years, Jim has directed award-winning project teams who contributed to the development of the first large-scale, web-based document library and Adobe’s Acrobat PDF applications, as well as significant advances in regulatory compliance and contract performance management applications.

Thierry Thelliez, PhD, co-founder and chief technology officer, product development

Dr. Thelliez has over 20 years of experience in the architecture, design, and development of complex applications. Prior to joining Doxcelerate, he was chief software architect at BiosGroup, and a team leader at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), responsible for building complex business and scientific applications for LANL, the University of California, and the Department of Energy. As a postdoctoral fellow, he was in charge of designing a nuclear reactor configuration management system. He oversaw the clinical medical records database infrastructure design for a consortium of six European countries. His background is in expert systems, object databases and technology, temporal reasoning, multi-tier architecture, and web infrastructure.

Bruce Miller, chief financial officer

Bruce oversees all financial and strategic planning issues for Doxcelerate. Over a 22-year career with Amoco, he held senior positions in treasury, mergers & acquisitions, and controllership. After leaving Amoco in 2000, he served as a consultant to small businesses, assisting in strategic planning and establishing financial systems. Most recently, Bruce was a consultant to Technology Ventures Corporation, assisting early- and mid-stage technology companies in New Mexico to refine their business cases and raise capital.

Patricia Greeson, director, business process programs

Patricia assists Doxcelerate clients in establishing processes for the development of policies, procedures, and other documentation, from draft through review to publication. She is our resident writer/editor. She has been a newspaper reporter, columnist, and reviewer; composition, literature, and speech instructor at Tennessee Technological University; writer and editor for Energy Systems News; emergency public affairs manager at the three Department of Energy facilities in Oak Ridge, TN; and public relations manager for the Y-12 National Security Complex.
